Logistics partners

We deliver directly to the delivery address you specify with our OMEST logistics partners. Our logistics partners sometimes also work locally with external carriers.

The delivery can be tracked by you. You will be informed of the tracking number after dispatch.


Dispatch locations

We do not ship to post office counters, private post office boxes or postal warehouses. We ship our goods to almost all EU countries.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the following countries: Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland and Great Britain.

Please note: We also do not ship to free trade zones such as San Marino, Faroe Islands, Canary Islands, Monaco, Azores, Livigno etc.


Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on the delivery address, item weight, item volume and type of item.

The exact shipping costs can be seen on each item detail page and in the shopping basket (by clicking on Shipping or on Calculate shipping costs and entering the delivery location).


Minimum order values

There is currently no minimum order value.


Delivery times

The delivery time once the order is ready for dispatch (within 1-2 days) is:

  • For Italy: 2 - 5 days
  • For Germany and Austria: 3 - 7 days
  • For other EU countries: 3 - 7 days

Saturday afternoons, Sundays, public holidays, Christmas and New Year's Eve there is generally no delivery.

We will inform you immediately in the event of delivery delays or delivery problems.


Delivery reservation

We are not obliged to deliver the goods if they are not available. We will inform you of this as soon as possible and refund any payments already made by you without delay.

In the case of special promotions, we can only deliver while stocks last. We are generally entitled to make partial deliveries.


Absence of the recipient during delivery

The parcel service will make a total of three delivery attempts. If these are unsuccessful because you are not present or someone else accepts the goods on your behalf, the goods will automatically be returned to us. You will then be contacted by us and have the choice between a new dispatch of the goods with the corresponding shipping costs at your expense, or you refuse a new delivery and receive the money back for the ordered but not accepted goods, but the shipping costs incurred will be charged.


Incomplete / faulty delivery

If you notice that the goods you have ordered are incomplete or that you have ordered something else, please contact us immediately by telephone on +39 0472 656209 or by e-mail at info@mountbecher.com.

Please notify us so that we can have an incorrect delivery collected by our logistics partner. If you wish to return the parcel yourself, please send it back to us as a standard postal parcel. We will then refund you the costs incurred.


Transport insurance

We have taken out transport insurance with the carrier to cover the entire risk of damage or loss of the goods in transit.

Please make absolutely sure that you accept an undamaged parcel from the carrier. If you wish to accept a parcel that is only slightly damaged, please write "with reservation" on the acceptance note. Without this note, the acceptance of an opened or damaged parcel is tacitly deemed to be a proper delivery.


Packaging costs

The packaging costs are already included in the shipping costs and are not charged separately.

For products that require special packaging, we charge a flat-rate packaging fee. This amount is calculated automatically during the order process.

The shipping costs can only be calculated once the item is in the basket.
